An official of Total Health Trust (THT),  Mrs. Nancy Ndia, has admonished members of the public to mind what they eat and to forgive easily and readily if they must enjoy longevity.

Ndia, a Senior Sales Executive with THT, a foremost Health Management Organisation (HMO) with the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), gave the charge on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, while addressing members of staff of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Port Harcourt Study Centre, during a sensitisation programme mounted by the THT, Rivers State Chapter, to sensitise the university community on the programmes and benefits of the organisation for subscribers.

"Long life is a reality, but you must be careful about what you eat and be ready to forgive your offenders readily and easily to enjoy long life," Ndia said.

The Centre Director, Dr. Theresa Ucheoma Ettu, who welcomed the visitors, commended them on behalf of members of staff of her centre and prayed them to revisit the centre in the near future to give staff another opportunity to listen to more enlightening health talks.

There was a questions and answers session which afforded participants opportunity to ask questions and clear their doubts.

Accompanying Ndia at the event was Mr. Jackson Asuquo, a Medical Executive at THT, who anchored free blood pressure check for participants.
