The 16th Inaugural Lecture series of the National Open University (NOUN) will take place on Thursday, 28th January 2021, virtually.
It will be delivered by the incoming Vice-Chancellor, Professor of Chemistry, Professor Olufemi A. Peters.
The virtual lecture will take place at 10.00am via zoom with topic: WEAK-LINKS: A Structural Phenomenon to Systematic and Instructional Efficiency.
The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Abdalla Uba Adamu, is going to be the chief host.
