The advocacy train of the Calabar Study Centre, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Calabar, Cross River State, on Sunday, February 12, 2023, berthed at St.Patrick's International Parish of the Catholic Church in the Calabar Metropolis and was received by the resident priest, Rev. Fr. Cletus.

The director, Calabar Study Centre, Prof. Onyeka Iwuchukwu, who led the advocacy team, explained to the congregation the unique features of National Open University of Nigeria.

After the mass, members of the advocacy team distributed the advocacy flyers and answered questions from several members of the congregation.
