As part of its efforts in encouraging students to engage and utilise its support services, the National Open University of Nigeria Information and Call Centre (NOUN-NICC) has taken a bold step of collating students' testimonials over its services.
According to the Head, NICC, Ms. Wosilatu Ainodion, "the testimonial is to highlight our commitment to addressing students queries promptly and ensuring a smooth experience at NOUN.
"The testimonials are also available for stakeholders and aim to encourage more students to utilise our support services as some are still unaware of them."
NICC support services include the e-ticketing platform, email, call centre and in person assistance.
Ainodion further implored staff to share and circulate this resource to families, friends, and loved ones.
